I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sebas’ place. The room was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect - steps away from the beach. The pool was finished toward the end of my stay, which will be an added bonus. Most importantly, Sebas and his wife are the most lovely and warm humans you will ever meet!! Anytime I needed anything, Sebas was so helpful. I truly had the most amazing month at his house, which felt like home!!

The price-quality ratio is perfect! The location is unreal, just steps from the beach and bars. There's some noise since it's a cabin; you can hear what's happening outside and in the other rooms, but the bed was so comfortable I never woke up. That's normal for a beach house like this. Sebastián was very friendly. The pool was lovely! The room and the whole hostel were great too! I give it a 10/10

For the price, you truly can’t beat what the place has to offer. social atmosphere to meet other travellers but also the option to choose to have a more private time. extremely well located and everything that you would want to do is within walking distance, but if not, a taxi is easy to access from the property. Sebastian was a welcoming host and attentive when need be. this property is for those who aren’t high maintenance and know how to have a good time. book the room! and say hi to their puppy, Sheila, for me :)

Sebastian was soo nice!! The place was like a magical tree house. The plants and courtyard were very inviting. Great walkability to the beach, restraints, and bars. I will definitely be back.

Excellent place!
The airbnb is literally 2 blocks from the street where all the restaurants and bars of La Punta are left. Sebastian recommended us several things to do and was a very good and very kind host, always responded x whats, apart he lives right there so you can find it whenever he is not surfing.
The room is better than as it looks in the photos, it is huge and it has everything you can want in your stay, the bed is giant and the light that comes in x the afternoon and tomorrow makes it look super nice the room. The kitchen is located in the common area of the 1st floor and also has a living room, as well as an outdoor bathroom and shower for bathing after going to the beach.
The wifi does not fail, Sebastian's airbnb has Starlink. Would visit again in the future!
